Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using BuzzinTV, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must affirmatively accept these Terms when you register. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BuzzinTV. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User-generated content and zero tolerance for objectionable content

BuzzinTV lets you post buzzes and replies and interact with others. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post or do anything that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, spammy, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, or abuse other users.

Safety tools available to you:

• Report objectionable content from the "…" menu on any buzz, reply, or profile.
• Block any user from their profile.

We review reports promptly and aim to act on valid reports within 24 hours, which may include removing content and suspending or terminating the accounts of users who post objectionable content or behave abusively. You grant Range AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content you submit, solely to operate and promote the App; you retain ownership of your content.

You also acknowledge that BuzzinTV records some app sessions (screens viewed and taps) to improve the product. Text you type is masked on your device before anything is sent. You can turn this off anytime in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Feedback. If you send feedback through the App, your message and any attached screenshot are submitted to us to help us fix problems and improve BuzzinTV. You can remove the screenshot before sending. We may use feedback, including any ideas or suggestions in it, without obligation to you and without any duty of confidentiality, and we are not required to compensate you for it. Do not send anything through the feedback form that you consider confidential. Feedback is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided via Apple, Google, X, or email. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App; use bots or automated access; reverse engineer or interfere with the App; infringe others' intellectual property or privacy; or misuse the safety/reporting tools.

6. Third-party content, attribution, and intellectual property

BuzzinTV surfaces publicly available posts about TV shows from third-party platforms, with attribution to the original author and a link to the source. Such content belongs to its respective owners and is provided for discovery; your use of it is also subject to the originating platform's terms. We honor source deletions — content that is removed or made unavailable at the source is removed from BuzzinTV. BuzzinTV's own software, design, and trademarks are owned by Range AI.

No affiliation. BuzzinTV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any publisher or network. Platform names and marks are used only to attribute content to its source.

Notice and takedown. If you believe content in the App infringes your rights, email legal@buzzintv.com with the in-app link, identification of the work, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We will remove validly identified infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

7. Automated curation and AI

BuzzinTV uses automated systems, including a third-party AI provider (xAI), on our servers to discover and curate publicly available content. We do not send your personal information (your posts, messages, profile, or identifiers) to these systems. BuzzinTV does not currently offer user-facing AI chat or AI-generated summaries; if we introduce such features, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy and obtain any required consent before they process your data.

8. Apple-specific terms (Licensed Application End User License Agreement)

You acknowledge and agree:

• This EULA is between you and Range AI, LLC only, not with Apple. Range AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.
• To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation; any warranty claims are Range AI's responsibility.
• Range AI (not Apple) is responsible for addressing any product claims (e.g., product liability, legal/regulatory non-compliance, consumer protection) relating to the App.
• Range AI (not Apple) is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party intellectual-property claim that the App infringes.
• You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on any U.S. government restricted-parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
• Range AI's contact for any questions/complaints about the App: hello@buzzintv.com.

9. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Range AI's aggregate liability is limited as set out herein, and Range AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Range AI for claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes; contact
